This space makes me smile because it reminds me of my husband’s grandmother’s Hollywood, Florida home. We recently lost her. She was a cool lady with great style.

I adore how this designer uses a low contrast in colors. So soothing for a bedroom. The different textures are what make it most interesting. And that bed is to die for.
Fairytale Girls Bedroom. Designer: Candice Olson
(the world’s most incredible designer in my opinion)
This room is delightful. How cute is that hand-painted cornice over the closet? The stripes painted below the chair rail are a great idea. New colors can be swapped in as the little girl grows up and wants to change the bedding fabrics.

I don’t know what it is about this space. Maybe it’s the mix of traditional and contemporary. I’m just digging the whole thing.
